My Story and Coaching Philosophy

Hi, I'm Cristian Santo Domingo, a personal trainer and strength coach based in Orange County, California. I help clients build muscle, lose body fat, and feel confident with a training plan that is clear, structured, and realistic to follow.

I did not start out confident in the gym. I was skinny, insecure, and frustrated with how I looked. Like a lot of people, I tried quick fixes and random routines before I learned what actually works. That process taught me how important smart programming, good technique, and consistency really are.

Over time I went deep on strength training, nutrition basics, recovery, and performance so I could change my own body and help others do the same without wasting years guessing. Today, I bring that same practical approach to every client I coach.

With over five years of coaching experience, including professional experience at Equinox, my focus is simple: help you get results efficiently and safely through precise training, strong form guidance, and accountability that fits your lifestyle.
